System introductions:

The solar heat supply system is composed of the solar heating system, the auxiliary energy support system and temperature hot water floor radiation heating system.

The solar heating system is composed of the collector, the solar energy via collector farthest,and provide the user system with quantity of hear via heat supply water tank.

Auxiliary energy system can be composed of various types of conventional energy.It is the complementary auxiliary system of the solar heating system.And it can meet the heating demands in the overcast and rainy weather and some other special heat supply demands.

The heat dissipation end of the solar heat supply system uses low temperature floor radiation system.It is designed heating medium is of low temperature hot water at 30~40.In these conditions,the solar collectors effectiveness is much higher,and the use of solar energy is much more sufficient.Besides,the radiant floor heating has high cosiness,and is easier to be adjusted and controlled.

The principle of the system

The heating water tank is set a temperature reference point T2.The solar collectors temperature test point is T1.When the temperature T1 the collector tested is higher then T2,and reaches the upper limits,then the solar system starts the pump to upgrade the temperature of the heating water tank.

When the temperature T1 the collector tested is lower than T2,and reaches the lower limits,then the solar system stops the pump, and the water in the collector and system pipelines drains back into the water tank(Emptying for freezing prevention)

During the overcast and rainy days,in the night or the sun cant provide sufficient energy,the system uses auxiliary energy system to provide energy.

The making up water to the system uses electrical liquid level automatically. The make up to the system is relative static in the night due to the dual control of both liquid level and time.
